Kids in Crises

When a child is threatened by food insecurity or conflict; when a child is unable to access basic healthcare; when a child does not have clothes, shoes or even a pencil, the education of that child is threatened. Through the Kids in Crisis program, LEF seeks to improve the livelihood of students and children experiencing extreme poverty, conflict, food insecurity, homelessness, and lack of basic healthcare. Apart from education supplies shipped under the RESE program, we also acquire, ship and basic human needs for donations in communities where students lack such basic needs.
