School progression in Cameroon is marked by high rates of grade repetition and dropout, especially during the transition from primary to junior secondary level and from junior to senior secondary level. (Source: USAID Sponsored SAGA Project)

What We Do

As a nonprofit, our activities center around the concept of Quality Education/Training.

  • Improving Quality of literacy by donating books and providing basic education resources and human needs to children in poor communities.
  • Improving Quality of teaching by developing resources for schools and providing training to primary and secondary school teachers in rural communities.
  • Improving Quality of post-secondary training with employment targets by creating training centers and developing entrepreneur ventures.
  • Improving Quality of technology use in education by donating and/or supplying cheap refurbished laptop, computers, Chromebooks, tablets, projectors, etc. to school that would otherwise be unable to purchase them.
  • Improving Quality of academic performance by offering merit and need based scholarships.

"The quality of education during childhood has a marked bearing on youth and adult literacy. Young people who have never been to school, or who have spent just a few years in school, almost inevitably join the ranks of illiterate adults."
