Scholarship Program

The Scholarship Program provides academic scholarships and financial aid to the education poor. The Bright Futures aid targets the disadvantage, underprivileged, and street children. 

Labang Education Foundation Scholarship Program  targets children and students from low income families, and is intended to defray cost of attendance for children who are unable or who would be unable to attend school without such support. The Scholarship Awards Program also pays for extra-curricular activities for children in poor communities. 

Consequences of poverty on education  

​In Cameroon, for every 1000 children that enter primary school 

• 37% do not continue to Secondary School​   
• 46% dropout because of lack of money   
• 22% of all female dropout from secondary school is because of pregnancy  ​
